What we collect

  • Email address — when you request the free starter pack, subscribe, or send a project brief.
  • Order & delivery data — purchases and file delivery are handled by our checkout partner Gumroad. Payment and card data are processed by Gumroad; we never see or store card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages viewed and general traffic, via cookies (see below), only with your consent.

Cookies

We use three groups of cookies. You choose which to allow in the cookie banner (or via “Manage”). Your choice is stored for 12 months; you can change it any time by clearing the gc_consent cookie in your browser.

  • Necessary — always on. Required for the site, cart and checkout to work.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics (ID G-GJCPE87XT5). Anonymous statistics that help us improve the site. Runs only after you accept.
  • Marketing — personalised ads and remarketing. Runs only after you accept.

Legal basis for processing

  • Consent — analytics and marketing cookies; sending the free pack and emails you signed up for.
  • Contract — delivering the products you buy.
  • Legitimate interest — keeping the site secure and working.

Who we share data with

  • Gumroad — checkout, payment and file delivery.
  • Google — Analytics (only with your consent).
  • Hosting provider — stores the site and server logs.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Cookie preferences: 12 months. Email-list data: until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept by Gumroad under their own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@gradecolor.com and we will respond.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Gumroad, Google) may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.
