These Terms govern your use of gradecolor.com and the digital products sold by GradeColor. By buying or downloading, you agree to them. Contact: hello@gradecolor.com.
What you’re buying
GradeColor sells digital color-grading products — Lightroom presets (.xmp), mobile DNG profiles (.dng) and video LUTs (.cube). These are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase through our checkout partner Gumroad. Nothing physical is shipped.
License
- You may use the presets and LUTs on your own photos and videos, including paid client and commercial work.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the preset/LUT files themselves, or include them in another product.
- Your edited results are yours; the underlying files remain the property of GradeColor.
Payment & delivery
Payments and file delivery are handled by Gumroad. Prices are in USD. You get an instant download link after purchase and can re-download from your Gumroad account. Pack updates within the stated period are free.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, we offer a 14-day refund if a file is faulty, corrupt or not as described — email hello@gradecolor.com with your order and the issue. “Changed my mind” refunds after download aren’t guaranteed for digital goods, but we’ll always try to make it right.
Results may vary
Presets and LUTs are a one-tap starting point built on real shoots. Results depend on your camera, lighting and exposure, and stay fully adjustable. We don’t guarantee identical results on every image.
